Maple Pudding Cake

Portions : 2 cakes of 4 portions each

Ingrédients :

1 cup (130g) brown sugar
1 cup maple syrup
½ cup water
1 cup 15% cooking cream
2 x 350g Maple flakes muffin dough, in bucket

Marche à suivre :
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small pot, bring brown sugar, maple syrup, water, and cream to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Place dough in buttered bread molds (350g per mold).
  5. Pour hot mixture over dough.
  6. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden and dough is cooked.
