Ingrédients :

½ cup 35% whipping cream
1 TBSP (15mL) sugar
4 cooked Double chocolate muffins (100g), cut in 4
1 X 19oz can (540mL) cherry pie filling
3 TBSP (45mL) cocoa powder

Marche à suivre :
  1. Whip cream and add sugar as it starts to thicken.
  2. In 8 dessert glasses, follow this order 2 times:
    * One slice of muffin
    * 2 TBSP (30mL) cherry filling
    * 1 TBSP (15 ml) whipped cream
  1. Sprinkle each glass with cocoa powder as wished.
